Supplement Recommendations
I do not require any supplements for any clients, but I understand that some clients may want to add to their regiment. I have compiled a list of supplements I recommend to clients based on needs to aid in performance and general health.

Protein- Whey, Pea, Egg, all are good types of proteins to use, along with some others not mentioned. The main thing to take into account is quality of the protein and don’t over-pay.

Greens Powder- These help to reach the daily nutrient goals required to train and age at optimal levels. This is intended to be in addition to a balanced 60%+ plant based diet. Greens tend to be superior to multivitamins as many of the nutrients in greens actually come from the fruit or vegetable it naturally occurs in. This means those ingredients react and absorb more efficiently.

Creatine- This provides the body with a deeper reserve of ATP to use while training allowing for extra reps, more efficient training, and optimized recovery. 5-10g daily is recommended.

UC-II- Studies have shown 40mg daily helps to reverse and prevent bone, tendon, and tissue damage. in one study, Arthritis was treated 40% more effectively than with traditional supplementation. This can be taken by itself but also pairs with powdered collagen and melatonin.

Vitamin K2 (mk7 varient)- Prevents/reverses calcification (main factor in cardiovascular issues), has been shown to inhibit cancer cell and tumor growth, and aid in osteoporosis. Lots of promising studies here starting at just 100mcg daily.
